Distinct Recruitment felt their existing 'meet the team' page on their web site lacked the fun dynamic of working in a young, fresh recruitment agency. The company put a high value on it's employees and wanted to portray a supportive and vibrant business culture, all set in a modern working environment. After a discussion, we decided on using predominantly black and white shots of the staff members which required particular lighting and styling from the outset. The last 3 images here represent the 'bio' of the individual members in pictoral form of things most important to them.
