A busy workplace environment, phones never quiet for long and staff always on the go. Life in a modern day recruitment agency! My job was to show the staff at work, sometimes at play, but always conscientiously looking after their client's best interests. Trying not to interfere too much in the office, yet being aware of the images I wanted to capture required timing and patience, and, allowing the flow of the office to continue proved to be the most effective way of teasing out the little moments and candids I was looking for.
